Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is automatically emailed to you once your order dispatches. You can use this to follow your delivery’s progress. If you haven’t received tracking details or have any questions about your shipment, just drop us a message.
Insurance & Damage
Shipments are insured against damage or loss. Just let us know within 5 working days if there’s a problem.

All prices are stated in GBP or US dollars. Exchange rates may vary depending on your payment provider.

Delivery Access & Missed Deliveries
All deliveries require accessible drop-off points. Large delivery vehicles (up to 28 tonnes) may be used, and you’ll need to ensure someone is available to help unload where needed.
- If no one is available to accept delivery, a £25 reattempt fee will apply
- Drivers operate alone and won’t always assist with unloading
- Please arrange help if you’re expecting bulky or heavy items
- Written delivery instructions can be left at your address if needed
Returns Policy
Because our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns without prior agreement. If you do need to return something:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and resaleable
- You must return goods within 30 days of delivery
- A restocking fee of 40% of the product price or £50 (whichever is higher) will apply
- Return postage, packaging, and any related costs are covered by you
